Pros

Working remotely, PTO & schedule flexibility. Uncapped commission, extensive training to get you ready for the role. Helping people gain financial freedom. They have been so patient with me personally, ongoing health issues have caused a slight dip in my performance so I am grateful I can take time off when needed.

Cons

I have yet to find something that I do not like with this company. Everyone is helpful, managers always respond quickly, IT remotely checks in for tech issues and resolves it quickly if needed.

Easy product to process through since theres no real “underwriting”. Easy product to sell to people who have 0 financial wit.

Cons

Stupid system, you are basically taught to be fake to clients. The upper echelon would even advise us to let clients know we’ve gone through that ourselves just to be fake and connect. You can only be so fake. Pay 25% for a product that takes your scores to the dumps and closes out accounts? Credit cards are horrible but lets face it, in todays world credit is king and especially with the cost of living… side note: you can resolve your own debts for free if you just google documents to send to credit bureaus about a financial hardship and save yourself real money not pay 25% for squat.

Honestly? Can't think of much other than it being wfh

Cons

They hire 60 people with he plan to cut it down to 13. They threaten your job every day if training, give you impossible to reach metrics all with a laced attitude. The training was rushed and unprofessional, and they are teaching you to tank people's credit score actively due to the nature of debt resolution. I wouldn't recommend this place.
