      Pros

      Excellent training to prepare you for the job. Clear expectations set and communicated from day one. I have never had to wonder about my performance or the expectations. Opportunities for growth and development. Proven reputation in the industry. This helps especially when a client is comparing us to a competitor. Excellent resources and support. Compensation is top tier. I have produced agents that make 20K-30K per month during my tenure as a manager. It's tough but rewarding work!

      Cons

      The commute to the office (which we already knew would be tough in our area). Keeping a positive mindset. It is sales, so ebbs and flows are expected.
