Pay out if you can get lucky in all of their multiple categories and not have people cancel (again, comes to luck)
Cons

Leadership feedback has shifted from being constructive to overly critical, with mixed messages about what is expected (but with little clarity on what that looks like in practice). • There is a culture of assuming the rep is at fault whenever a sale doesn’t close, even when the customer clearly isn’t interested or able to proceed. • Metrics and performance expectations have been lowered, which makes it more difficult to succeed and adds unnecessary stress to the role. • Turnover has increased as more reps struggle to meet the changing demands and constant pressure. • The environment has become increasingly discouraging, making it difficult to stay motivated or confident in your work. • Work-life balance suffers when you’re constantly second-guessing if you’re “pitching wrong. And getting consistently blamed no matter how great of a month you had. It’s NEVER enough
