Pros

The recruitment process was one of the most respectful and transparent I have experienced. Despite being interviewed by a well-known and technically strong panel, I was made to feel at ease throughout. All were friendly, encouraging and genuinely interested in my experiences. The onboarding process afterward was equally smooth, very well-structured and efficient. My manager and team were incredibly supportive, and there was a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration.

Cons

Not exactly a con, but the first week felt a bit overwhelming as I was unfamiliar with the tools and new tech stack. However, my manager was extremely supportive and encouraged me to take things one at a time, which made a big difference.

Steady flow of calls. Day goes fast. Great pay! I had a great training experience with my trainers, Michelle Anthony, and Evan Pettis both doing a phenomenal job preparing our training class for what was to come. They both had their unique styles of coaching which blended nicely together to give the perfect training experience. Michelle was sweet and funny while making sure we had a grasp of the basics. Evan had the task of diving into the details which can be boring but he did his best to make it a fun experience and I got a TON out of it! I left training well prepared and was actually promoted after my first two weeks out of training. I finished my first month closing 1.2 million and was very happy with my success. The training I have gotten afterwards from my manager Michelle Nelson has been just as crucial to keep me performing at a high level. I am very excited for my future within this organization as they promote from within!
