If you enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where your work truly matters, this is the place for you. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the lack of bureaucracy. There’s no unnecessary red tape. Priorities are based on real impact and risk, and employees are trusted to move fast. It creates an environment where you can actually see the results of your work and feel ownership over meaningful outcomes.

The company is in the challenging phase where it moves from a small operation to a large one and it is not doing it smoothly. The change is showing gaps in leadership that was promoted during the small company phase but does not know how to run operations at scale. Combined with a fear that a competitor will steal the 'secret sauce', innovating or bringing anything new to the table is an absolute grind.
