Pros
There are no pros to this company. Do not work for this company. They will intentionally pay you less than all the other companies and even if you've worked hard and deserve a raise they will just look for someone to replace you.
Cons
The managers of this department will tell you two different things. They act like "nice" people but the manager thinks discussing employees personal information is acceptable with your coworkers. If you work there you are just a number. They will ask you to do more work in other departments and tell you that you'll move up in the company and end up firing you. They don't care about their employees, they pretend they do by offering free yoga! But watch out because if you get sick or just don't fit their vibe they will fire you and lie about why you were fired. Their HR department is amazing at doing everything in their power to harm the employees to benefit their company. This company will and has done so many evil things to so many people who have worked hard for them but literally nothing is ever good enough. The people there are truly awful people and the turnover is very very high. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.
