BYS Subang Jaya - Good company especially for fresh grad to gain more experienced in testing process. - For intermediate level, can work closely with the client and learn more regarding to scrum and testing.
Cons
- There is no specific requirement for tester and test lead. It would better having a standard requirement for tester and test lead. There is gap between 8 years and 2 years experienced test lead with different range of salary. - The style of working is more like factory style than software house or consultant company. - Toxic environment where favouritism occurs. - Decision making is taken without discuss with overall team but only discuss with favourite staff - Increment was not validate properly, there is no one to one or proper appraisal.
