As a sofware tester, this great place to start your career. Learning curve quite be static becaus doing same things, but you can get fundamental of testing art. Working here also got insurance cover, brithday party 2 month once, Party celebration like CNY, Raya, and Christmas. You are encourage to be proactive, Project is stable.

Cons

To get satisfied wages quite be difficult, If you not really perform on work, you can get complaint. The busget for staff really limited due to they does not provide enough budget for dinner/ sport. No team building and so on. You just come to work as employee and back home

Higher base salary than local offers, u can try to ask more for the offer

Cons

Outsourcing team for tencent limited growth, punch in punch out very traditional way, whatever u do u need to go through nuisance approval process asking tencent side then send agn at BYS side quite annoying
