      Pros

      -Mentor is helpful and friendly -Everyone in the company is supportive -Many customers of Beyondsoft are multi-billion-dollars companies, with latest technology. This gives employees good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      -Micromanagement: Though I put this here, but I dont completely think it is a con. Because employees have to work with many people across the world, micro management is reasonable in a project. -Pay rate is acceptable in my country. But I have no info for career advancement.
