The Training is pretty much non-existent expected to learn the outdated code base quickly which would be fine if they followed some standard practices but some files and thousands of lines of unused code PTO is only 10 days accrued yearly no sick time they just added a floating holiday If it's just you needing benefits it'll cost you like 27$ but if you have dependents your looking at almost 700$ a month for 1 child
