      Pros

      Not much stress.. working environment very peaceful, enjoy colleague, nice boss.

      Cons

      Benefit not clear. Last year got bonus, next year did not get bonus. Need to refer Singapore HR if anything, confused. No increment for tester, just few people got increment.

      1. Project based, so felt like little insecure 2. Technical management ppl don’t understand technical stuff and create wrong expectations, which ultimately create unnecessary pressure
