      Pros

      Can take green card for Chinese. As outsource resource, just do good job for client, Company will take care everything else.

      Cons

      The policy for green card is hidden. A week later for pay slip. If you are not familiar MS technology, it is difficult to find new opportunity.

      Upper management could care less about the local job site, worst upper management I have ever worked for.
