Pros

Maybe the only pro is that they help you write your resume in the right way for you to have more interview opportunities.

Cons

-Most Good reviews were because Employer ask to write good reviews from Employees. -Not much transparency -And yes they like to lie about several things in the process -Payment is less than the minimum for the Role. Believe me stay away from this Company ( Latin People you better search for other Companies, this company will take advantage of you ) ( Compare payment for your role here in glassdoor for your Role) (Founded in 2015.. Where are the other reviews ? from 2015-2017? I remember they had a lot of bad reviews even from India...

Pros

They're focus on take care of us from day 1. They're empathetic. in 2020, during Covid I lost my job, and they gave me total support, with salary while I was at bench and seeking my next project as priority! It took some time, but they never lost fait in me.

Cons

At the beginning they were not clear about some details, getting visa, benefits and assignations, but they definitely have improved their process making the hiring process and onboarding more agile and easy.

Pros

The staff is really helpful with all the hiring process, and once you become an active employee, they really care for you, that make you feel as part of the company and not only another employee.

Cons

Nothing really bad. The process for getting a project can become tedious, with many calls and interviews, but they will be there in case of any issue.
