      Pros

      The work load is minimal most of the time, if you enjoy outdoor hobbies you will love it. Great discount, cool "50s" vibes lol, you learn a lot and the customers are generally pleasant.

      Cons

      Dress code, not really great pay, and if you don't like physical labor avoid the sporting goods department. I enjoyed it but there is a lot of heavy lifting including freight.

      Cons

      Tense employee-management relationship, moderate turnover employees wear lots of hats and are expected to move between many activities (could be a positive if you're engaged by that)
