To many turn overs for management. Store manager isn't allowed to his run store as a manager unless someone from main office steps in. Why are they employee own if know one is allowed to give some ideas.

employees stand around to much talking and don't pay attention to customer just walking by

Love the benefits and enjoyed the customers of this small town here in Sweet Home, OR. Enjoyed working with other like minded people.

Cons

Very negative environment especially with management in that store not team players and not very equal opportunity.
