      employee owned great hours flexible about time off requests low drama in pharmacy (not in the rest of the store though)

      Cons

      lots of grown adults gossiping like children in the front end of the store out dated stores

      Pros

      Good benefits, ESOP, discount etc. not many pros. Long hours for management who are all salary.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, changing priorities constantly, hostile work environment, outdated equipment, heavier work load with smaller budgets. Executives don't back up the store manager. If the employees don't like you for any reason they will find a way to get you fired. Half employees act like children and need baby sat. Too much corporate control which ties the managers hands. I can go on forever. Don't choose to"work" there, but great everyday prices and even better ad prices to shop.
