The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. I've never had an unpleasant conversation with any other employee. Everyone is ready and willing to help each other when needed. As long as you are getting your work done, you can take as much time for your personal life as you need. This 'responsible adult policy' allows for the freedom to live your life while still getting the job done. For instance everyday I'm able to take some time in the middle of the day to work out! The remote opportunities that they offer allow you the freedom to work where ever is best for you. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed and don't want to fix your hair and want to work from your house? No problem.(Although I still would fix it a bit if I have a zoom meeting lol)
