Senior management has some serious issues, for example:
* Some obviously poor decisions that have inevitably led to bad results (hiring via nepotism vs qualification, promotion via longevity vs. business need, unnecessary re-orgs)
* A panic mentality on occasion where they start looking for magic bullets to fix problems that don't really exist, to avoid the problems they can't do anything about (like poor sales results)
* Forecasting and goals are unrealistic and almost never match reality; when they do, it's a surprise to everyone
* Hiring/ firing practices can be eyebrow-raising (making offers, then rescinding them after ppl quit their other job... who does that?)
Also, some benefits could use some work. Not bad, but not great either.
