I've been in IT for over 20 years, 10 years consulting, I have been in a lot of companies. Bidtellect is truly a gem in terms of going to work - home. Flat organization. Team based, tremendous collaboration. Company with a strong culture, identity and sense of direction. Senior management does a really good job describing the landscape of where we're heading and how we're going to get there. Company really takes care of their employees. Good work life balance. Everybody in IT is a friggin rockstar. No egos. Strong sense of team. May not be your culture, if you'd like, being an island, but if you truly enjoy participating with a strong humble team, this is your place

Cons

Sometimes the work loads are cyclical. That's just nature of the industry. After hours support on a rotating schedule.
