Pros

Startup mentality with big goals. Exec team has a David & Goliath approach, which makes for some pretty ambitious developments engineering & product wise. Think their algorithms are one of the more robust I've had the opp to look at.

Cons

Same as the pro, the David & Goliath approach may keep them from being grounded sometimes. Small wins = big wins. Need to keep it real & iterate. Also, need to broaden their model IMHO.

Pros

For context, I've worked here since before it was called Bidtellect. I remember the CEO's first day on the job. I remember when our business was a mere idea, when the first dollars started to roll in. I've seen it all. It's hard to summarize my 8 years here because, how would you summarize your family? First and foremost, the people here, my coworkers, are some of the smartest, kindest, most respectful people I've ever known. I'm where I am now in my career due in no small part to the generosity and patience of each and every one of my coworkers, current and former. The people make it a joy to come into the office every single day. The dedication to excellence here is palpable. Secondly, management invests in you, in a way that always humbles me when I think about it. You're more than an employee here, you're a valued member of a team. Come with a good attitude, and at the risk of sounding cliche, the sky is the limit. Bidtellect has given me the opportunity to grow my career in a way that I'm not sure any one company could equal. Thirdly, it has never stopped being interesting, challenging work. Whoever you are, whatever your title, you are put in a position where you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to the overall success of the company. We're not the biggest company (growing!) but I'm always proud of what we have been able to accomplish with the number of people that we have. Also, who doesn't like a nice concise bullet list? - Competitive pay - Unlimited time off - Dog friendly, mostly casual Florida office - Career advancement opportunities

Cons

So after that glowing review above, why should you trust me, you ask? Look, I've seen it all. We've had our bad times like any other company. 2017 was a year I think we'd all like to forget. We've had growing pains, false starts, identity crises, you name it. The negative reviews on this page represent little snapshots in time. I don't doubt their sincerity and feelings. What I will say is that we are heading in the right direction, and have been for a while now. Management has never been more united and dedicated to helping make this an amazing company to work for. The energy is overwhelmingly positive and we are experiencing growth month after month. What is clear to me is that Bidtellect learns from its mistakes, and is a better company for them.
