Startup mentality with big goals. Exec team has a David & Goliath approach, which makes for some pretty ambitious developments engineering & product wise. Think their algorithms are one of the more robust I've had the opp to look at.

For context, I've worked here since before it was called Bidtellect. I remember the CEO's first day on the job. I remember when our business was a mere idea, when the first dollars started to roll in. I've seen it all. It's hard to summarize my 8 years here because, how would you summarize your family? First and foremost, the people here, my coworkers, are some of the smartest, kindest, most respectful people I've ever known. I'm where I am now in my career due in no small part to the generosity and patience of each and every one of my coworkers, current and former. The people make it a joy to come into the office every single day. The dedication to excellence here is palpable. Secondly, management invests in you, in a way that always humbles me when I think about it. You're more than an employee here, you're a valued member of a team. Come with a good attitude, and at the risk of sounding cliche, the sky is the limit. Bidtellect has given me the opportunity to grow my career in a way that I'm not sure any one company could equal. Thirdly, it has never stopped being interesting, challenging work. Whoever you are, whatever your title, you are put in a position where you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to the overall success of the company. We're not the biggest company (growing!) but I'm always proud of what we have been able to accomplish with the number of people that we have.
