The Nerds – super smart and talented staff Close collaboration and teamwork Fireside chats with transparency on the business Employee recognition

Cons

Engineering lead company – if you're not writing code, you're a second class citizen Unequal treatment – most of the developers are remote, however if you work in a business role, don't even think about working from home. Management / leadership doesn't understand sales – you'll be constantly having to justify your existence...even if you're a high performer and hitting your goals Watch out for snakes – some employees will stab you in the back and make up lies to make you look bad and them look like heroes (you know who you are and you should be ashamed) Compensation – weak base salary
