Pros

I've been an Android developer for 9 years, and I applied at BNR because of the devs I have seen over the years at conferences that I was very impressed with. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of thinking that the quality of their conference speakers correlated to how they treat their employees.

Cons

I jumped into a few projects at the last minute and helped get them over the line successfully. I joined a project for a fortune 100 company and provided a detailed audit. After the audit, I wasn't invited to the team meetings for the next few weeks despite NDA agreements already signed. My manager at BNR had bi-weekly meetings with the client, but I didn't. Communication between myself and the client suffered due to this odd pattern. Do you have self respect? Have you been a developer for a while? This place is not for you.
