On the surface, this is a progressive company that values diversity, inclusion, and novel solutions to challenging problems...

Cons

In reality, this is a corporation at the end of the day, and according to the DSM-5 is the purest form of a psychopathic, narcisstic, and hedonistic individual that will you throw you under the bus as soon as the bottom line is threatened. The almighty dollar matters most at BC, and as soon as you challenge that notion by deviating outside the line, well they will pull the rug out from you faster than Dale Earnhart Jr crashed into the wall at Daytona.
