      Pros

      - Very bright and motivated employees - Most people really care about each other and about the company values - There are countless opportunities to make big contributions - Aside from missing 401K match, the benefits are top notch - All employees receive stock options

      Cons

      - Taking on aggressive goals and tackling big initiatives can be challenging and stressful - The far out Four Points Austin location is a burden to a lot of the staff

      -Unlimited PTO for salary employees with strong suggestions to use it -Focuses on the right metrics for Support, NPS -Work from home opportunities -Good benefits -Catered lunch every Tuesday, which is based on suggestions from the company -Free beverages and snacks -Beer Fridays -Some middle management is deserving of their roles and titles -Yoga classes -Great culture clubs -Volunteer time off -Floating holiday time off -Great senior leadership to take the company in the right direction

      Cons

      -Still have some weeding out of middle management to be done -Pay needs to be upped comparatively, we simply do not make enough -Our HR department needs more HR qualified people and less friends hired by friends, though this is improving -Little job growth opportunities -No commuter benefits -Outgrown office space -Could use more team outings, especially on teams who don't get to have them often -Can be detrimental to work/life balance as most of the company is full of people who work way too much. There is pressure to be the same way. -No learning or training opportunities
