      Pros

      Great pay for the position (tech support), free snacks and well designed office. Good diversity of people working there and inter-office energy is great. Paid

      Cons

      Location is far out on 620 near Concordia so the drive can be a bit of a hassle. Limited on time to use the restroom in between calls.

      Nothing much in particular, may be the 8 am global all hands in winter.

      Pros

      Tons of snacks, and not much supervisor over your shoulder. Pretty much can handle calls in your on professional style. Fun atmosphere. Very very good benefits.

      Cons

      Advertised job was 6-7 hours of phone time, but turned out to be on phones for almost 8 hours, minus a couple breaks. Calls are back to back, gets kind of relentless.
