Work life balance was ideal

Cons

Lack of direction! They also don't practice what they preach. Employees yearn to be heard but nobody listens. 3 layoffs back to back.

Pros

Management communicates well and is supportive in terms of working knowledge of the platform.

Cons

Not a place to work for parents. There is little flexibility and the assigned schedules are random. You have to be extremely punctual down to the second when taking breaks and lunch. No background noise is tolerated so if you are an expecting mother you will need to plan for childcare after birth.

Flexible work from home schedule and a lot of autonomy.

Cons

Massive layoffs twice every year. “Strategy” changes every 3 months. Lousy leadership across the board. Hard product to sell because competitors are objectively better.
