* Best decision ever to join Bigcommerce, everyone here is driven, supportive and on a mission together. The amount that the Engineering to Product to G&A teams are able to achieve here is fantastic * We have great leaders with solid strategy and hearts that care * People just want to get stuff done and happy to help each other achieve their goals * Awesome onboarding experience. I've never been so welcomed in my life and they were so organised, sending me my 90 day plan before I started and running me through a pretty robust program. I learnt a lot about the company, product, strategy and started feeling productive by the end of my first week.

* The interview process was long, but then again well worth it once you make it into the company.
