      Pros

      The majority of the team is great. The collaboration and support from peers make it feel like a real team. The vacation policy is great, and some of the leaders are awesome.

      Cons

      It doesn't seem like leadership is concerned with employee satisfaction or helping their subordinates grow their careers. If you are in with the right leaders, you will get every opportunity for exposure and projects to gain experience. If you are not, it's better to start looking for roles elsewhere.

      Data is a mess

      Remote optional as is working in office

      Cons

      Data is not organized in a logical way, they are losing out on money due to data loss.

      There is a great and diverse work culture among co-workers. Made real friends and expanded relationships.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and clear expectations. There is too much information and no real training.
