Repeated layoffs every year for the last 3. Benefits and flexibiliity both fairly lacking.

Pros

Up and coming product in a great industry. Moving to new HQ later this year.

Cons

BigCommerce leadership doesn't have a trustful quality at this point. Constant layoffs, constant change in direction, not much cross-functional support. It used to feel like a company I could depend on and grow with. Not so much anymore.
