      BigCommerce is a great company to work for. They make everyone feel seen and in the know. They have wonderful growth opportunities and benefits.

      I honestly cannot think of a con! I’ve been with the company for almost a year and a half.

      Like many tech companies there was a RIF in Dec which can be understanding but a few things were and are in poor taste. Lay-offs done via email. Gifting Sales employees with Rolex watches for 2022 performance. Promotions of many executives in Jan.
