Cons

The job itself can be very stressful and demanding - it can be difficult to balance triaging client situations and making time to strategically plan.

Pros

Dynamic place to work full of very talented people, challenging but inspiring. The company is going through a lot of much needed changes and it's a good time to be on boarded, and have an impact on the new and better system that is being created.

Cons

Like any other tech company there is some uncertainty regarding the future, and the overall company is sometime slow down by the too many processes in place.
