      Culture. Hands down the best culture I've ever experienced at a job. Good opportunity to put yourself out there to learn more. The company has some growing pains right now, but the upside is huge.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Some immature depts. that don't fully understand enterprise mindset. Some politics between CS and Sales org.
