      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at BigCommerce at the beginning. Onboarding was solid, I felt like I was set up for success. Worked with very some smart, capable people. Good benefits + unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Runs. Rampant. Promotions are pies in the sky. Product functionality is extremely subpar when compared to other ecommerce platforms. Work/life balance and pay did not match up with insane workload of certain teams.
