Bigos offers fantastic benefits and takes pride in work life balance. We have an amazing culture and the company thrives on having great teams at each site. The training and guidance is bar none the best I have experienced.

The Starting pay is pretty low, I've spoken with other leasing consultants with little to no the experience that started off with higher pay within the company. Not sure what truly drives the pay rate seems unfair.
