Easy work with no accountability - slack off all you want! No clear direction - hope you like change! Hands-off leadership - pave your own path! Good benefits -

Cons

No accountability. They give you goals every year but no follow-up or ways to achieve your goals. Regional managers have a "throw you to the wolves" way of working. Dead-end jobs with little to no growth opportunities. Leadership appears clueless.

Don't criticize ANYONE in upper management. HR is part of the corporate click and protect their corporate team. Anyone, (even rock stars), who criticizes upper management in any way is dismissed with out valid reasons.
