A lot of work! Need to be face paced and able to multi-task to keep up with the work load. Many residents have complaints and concerns.

Pros

I have worked for Bigos for a year and a half and I never want to leave! I love the culture of the company and the opportunities for growth. I feel that upper management really wants people to move up and be successful and they'll help you get there. Bigos gives employees really great training and is super good about communicating changes so the transition is smooth. The company is constantly growing so with that growth comes a lot of change and some people handle that better than others.

Cons

Really I haven't experienced any downsides. Challenges that come up company wide are dealt with in a professional, compassionate and moral way. Bigos is always changing and open to suggestions from employees at all levels.
