      Pros

      I have worked for this company over 15 years and I would have to say that I would love to work for them for another 15. I enjoy coming to work for a family owned company and that I don't feel like I am just number. They really do care for their employees and customers. They promote from within the company and that helps you grow and keeps work interesting. Its great to be given daily challenges and chances to prove that you are able to produce as an employee.

      Pros

      The very best reason to work here is that Bill Dodge Auto Group lets me treat customers like real people and doesn't try to "put one over" on them. We are keen on earning trust and fostering personal relationships with our customer base. Glad I work here and plan on staying for as long as some of the employees--many over 20 years with the company.

      Honestly, I can't think of one.

      Pros

      I have been working for the Bill Dodge Auto Group for two years. I have been given an opportunity to advance my career on a couple different occasions. I have been very satisfied during my tenure and enjoy working for a company that has recognized my talent, put me in the best position to succeed, and has rewarded me accordingly.

      Cons

      It isn’t always easy to overcome the negative connotations associated with working for a car dealership (especially in the sales department), but knowing that our owners and executive team have a very simple philosophy to “take care of the customer” makes me proud to work here.
