Advancement, very aggressive pay plans, executives and management with true and good morals. Yes it's the car business but being a family owned business does make a difference. Bill Dodge is not only customer centric, they're also employee focused. Auto groups like this one are tough to come by, if you've been thinking about this business it's a great place to go and grow.

Cons

It's a people business, so yes you need to like people.
