Easy mindless work that doesn’t demand much to learn

Cons

Pay is terrible, holiday polices are horrible you will be overworked and forced to work departments you aren’t even trained for. Expectations are through the roof in areas that conflict constantly, you are expected to work as fast as possible with every second counted whilst also having high expectations as to how you deal with the accounts you work. Company takes away your work from home days to compensate for snow squalls.
