      Pros

      BTO is hands down, the best company I have worked for. Amazing culture of transparency, accountability, and truly patient centric. Leadership is approachable and well respected by the employees here. This a company that leads through innovation- not only in its products/services, but also in its management style. There are never a shortage of opportunities to take on new challenges and develop professionally. Collaboration between departments is encouraged and it breeds a unique culture amongst the employees here.

      Cons

      Expectations and goals can be quite high. That being said- we are always provided the resources needed to hit our goals.

      Pros

      In school, I was often the smartest person in group projects and carried the whole team. Working here, gives me a taste of what it is like being the dumbest person on the group project. It is awesome!

      I can't think of any cons. I'm very lucky to be here.

      Pros

      Technology will change the world. Smartest and best people in every single position. Everyone collectively works hard to do well by the company. CEO is inspiring, thoughtful and brilliant. Never seen one like him.

      Cons

      Rep culture can be tough in some areas as original reps are not super welcoming to newcomers. They are aware and improving this though. Culture is very important and still incredible in so many ways. Competitor Natera is unethical and doctors accept their lies at face value because they’ve been around a lot longer.
