Great company to work for with lots of growth opportunity. A great stepping stone for those who want to pursue CLS or CGMBS. People here are also very nice and care about you.

Cons

The starting pay is a bit lower compared to other biotechs in the area. Interview process is very long.

BTO is a great place to work. It's collaborative, allows for all opinions to be heard, and takes the ideas of all. There is respect across all departments and it is a culture of resilience and respect.

Cons

One needs to be prepared to work harder than they ever have. You need to be inventive and creative, and be prepared to come to the table with solutions to problems. Salary will be lower, potentially, than what you're used to, but equity is given that far surpasses expectations.
