Pros

Leadership is flexible and supportive. Everybody wants to do a great job, and they do well incentivizing us.

Cons

It is somewhat difficult to move up there. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I do think people should be moved up when they exceed expectations or gain additional certifications, regardless of tenure.
