      Pros

      I like working here. I feel like everybody else is working as hard as I am. The benefits are good and growth opportunity is great. Financials are solid and it feels like a safe harbor in the tumult of biotech jobs.

      Cons

      HR policies switch without notice. Harmful and pointless stratification of employees within heterogenous teams create artificial rankings which affect bonus payouts.

      Pros

      BTO is truly a special place, I am so fortunate to have this as my first true startup experience! I learned a lot and grew a lot during my time which made me valuable in my next career step. I truly believed in the CEO and what he is trying to accomplish (I think BTO will be wildly successful mainly because of his resilience). I definitely recommend this company for people passionate about cutting edge diagnostics!!

      Cons

      "People leave not because of the company, but because of managers." When I changed managers (without my opinion even if I was a "loyal" employee), it took me a few months to realize that my new manager will not be able to support my growth, or the challenges I had in my personal life. I loved the company but without a great manager, I had to take the loss and find a new home.
