Pros

I like working here. I feel like everybody else is working as hard as I am. The benefits are good and growth opportunity is great. Financials are solid and it feels like a safe harbor in the tumult of biotech jobs.

Cons

HR policies switch without notice. Harmful and pointless stratification of employees within heterogenous teams create artificial rankings which affect bonus payouts.

Pros

While the interview process took some time, the company has a really warm and collaborative culture now that I'm inside. Really cutting edge products and the CEO believes in the science but also wants the company to run well. They are investing ahead of what they need with people and space etc. Financially, they are performing ahead of targets which is great.

Cons

Half in office and half remote has its challenges sometimes...
