      Pros

      This is a wonderful place to work! It is hard to get a position here, the expectations are very high. There is a start-up mentality, work hard but get rewarded well for your contributions. There is a weekly whole-company meeting so everyone understands the challenges and efforts from each department in the company. There is a lot of transparency from leadership, more than any company I have ever worked with.

      The expectations are high, so it can be challenging to establish a balance with work/life.

      Pros

      One of the few bright spots in the genomics space. Good product that improves patient experience and manages to have highly positive unit economics. This long-running focus on profitability has meant we have avoided the pain and layoffs a lot of the rest of the field has run into. A lot of smart people committed to working together to make the company a success. Despite being a medium sized company now we still have the startup all in it together ethos. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to make an impact on patient healthcare and gain a lot of experience while doing so.

      Cons

      Its an ambitious fast growing company so it can require a lot out of you at times. This isn't a place to coast, but its rewarding work if that is what you are looking for. Its also an environment that highly values the individual contributor and is light on hiring managers. This is great if you are an independent self-starter, but if you need guidance and hands-on management that can be lacking at times.

Truly ONE Team! * Financially stable historically, currently and excellent future outlook with achievable goals! * Positive environment in every area... everyone legitimately cares and is excited and happy! * It's truly difficult to say enough positive things about it here. My goal is to stay here and retire... truly outstanding in every respect!

      None - Best Career move I've made in a decade, if not ever! ( I am also "seasoned" and far closer to the finish line than the start!)
