      -Plenty of opportunities for career growth. -Hard work is noticed and praised.

      Cons

      -Almost anyone is promoted to manager/supervisor roles, regardless of whether they’re qualified. -Management does close to nothing about bullies. -Managers often do not give tangible feedback.
