Worse management ever. This company it’s just a big bubble full of contraddictions. They never manage to become profitable because of poor management but still pretend to be a great business. I never felt, not even for a second, that someone is willing to listen to you. The “Talent” part of the businees is probably the worse not understanding people, markets outside the US (this is a common thing with Product as well). I never felt that anyone knew what they were doing or where the company was going. Worse part: an absolute lack of communication top-down
