The employees gave their heart and soul to this company but when the new CFO arrived, it was all about padding the pockets of the Csuite, equity firms and board.

Cons

A company that's never made a profit and laid off many valuable and loyal employees to monopolize and take back outstanding stock options from former employees. Hope the new equity firm does their homework and realizes they are buying a "lipstick on a pig" cloud solution provider with a mediocre product.

You can work from anywhere, they say.

I got through three interviews and they rescheduled the fourth one for me (I got a 5 minutes notice on this). On the day of rescheduling, they told me they had moved the job posting to another country. (30 minutes before the call.) And that this was the end of the process.
