The fellow employees are great and work together well. There is plenty of opportunity for driven individuals to grow their careers in a short time. Knowledge is power here and once you have the system knowledge there is no ceiling.

Cons

Managing the externalities of a slowing macro environment while also pushing towards profitability can be challenging.

Unlimited resources to help you succeed. Good product, great market, good marketing support. Some internal red tape you may have to go through to succeed from the start but once you learn the ecosystem, it's a lot easier
