Pros

Best company I have ever worked for! The staff and management is amazing and there is nothing bad about working here.

Cons

If you don't like working with the public, Biltmore is probably not the company for you. It can be difficult to move up in the company but work hard and you can definitely get there!

Pretty good training but was left not knowing a few key things with no time to ask/explain but third shift so no ready access to management...understandable

Pros

The Benefits are good and include discounts, once a year you get to dine at any restaurant on the estate, lots of different perks, and there's health insurance. If your full time there are lot of benefits with sick days, and holidays

Cons

Raises come along once a year, it's not very competitive, and a four percent increase is the highest you can go unless you are promoted, and if you transfer to a different department you possibly won't get your raise unless this is a higher position
